Our mission
Employment Banque Ghana (EBG) helps Ghanaian youth and postgraduates by bringing education, employment and social stability together. EBG Connect, our digital platform, gives young people one trusted place to find work, build skills, secure housing and learn from mentors.
Why it matters
Every year, thousands of capable graduates finish their studies ready to contribute, but the path to a first job is hard to navigate. Opportunities are scattered, many listings can’t be trusted, the skills employers ask for change quickly, and taking a job often means moving to a new city with nowhere affordable to live.
We believe these challenges are connected, so we address them together.
Our approach
- Verified, not just listed. Employers and housing providers are reviewed before they reach our users.
- Skills that lead somewhere. Training is linked to real roles, and employers can point candidates to the courses that would strengthen their applications.
- Support beyond the offer letter. Affordable housing and mentorship help young professionals settle in and keep growing.
- Built for every region. EBG Connect is designed for mobile, works with patchy connections, and serves all 16 regions of Ghana.
